The 867 Silverline Twin-Needle is a high-performance flat-bed sewing machine engineered for consistent, reliable stitching in medium-heavy applications. Built on the proven M-TYPE platform, it combines the stability of a twin-needle system with Silverline automation features, making it a trusted choice for industrial production.
Twin-needle design for parallel stitching, increasing productivity and ensuring high seam consistency.
Triple feed system (bottom feed, needle feed and alternating presser foot) for smooth, distortion-free fabric transport.
Automation included – standard functions such as thread trimming, presser-foot lift and automatic backtack simplify operation and improve process reliability.
Flexible thread trimming – choice of 15 mm or short-thread 5 mm trimmer (KFA) for minimal thread ends.
Large hook options – horizontal hooks (L or XL) or vertical hooks (XL or XXL) with up to 70% greater bobbin capacity.
Extended arm versions available for handling larger materials with ease.
Operator comfort – built-in dimmable LED light, oil change warning indicator and intuitive keypad with favourites function.
