Industrial Embroidery Machine Needles
Regular ballpoint needles are for heavy woven textiles, leather, laminated or coated materials, badges, and textile combinations. They are compatible with most industrial embroidery machines.
We recommend you use whichever needles work for your textile and embroidery requirements and that give you the best embroidery finish; however, if you are unsure of the needle size you need, we have these guidelines to help you:
Size 75
For embroidery on textiles such as badge felt
Size 80 - 85
For embroidery on thin leather and laminated/coated materials such as bags
Size 90 - 110
For embroidery on thick leather such as boots and heavyweight bags
