Industrial Embroidery Machine Needles
Light ball point needles are the prefered needles for most standard garment textiles, such as sportswear, polos, sweatshirts, knitwear & caps. Compatible with most industrial embroidery machines.
We recommend you use whichever needles work for your textile and embroidery requirements and that give you the best embroidery finish; however, if you are unsure of the needle size you need, we have these guidelines to help you:
Size 60 - 70
For embroidery on lightweight garments such as sportswear, football shirts and silk
Size 75
For embroidery on standard garments such as polos, sweatshirts, hoodies etc.
Size 80
For embroidery on caps.
Size 90
For embroidery on heavy textiles thick leather, football boots etc.
