Single Needle Automatic Lockstitch
The 867 Silverline is a high-performance flatbed lockstitch machine featuring a robust triple-feed system and Silverline-level automation. Engineered for medium-heavy industrial use, it delivers reliable, displacement-free fabric handling with automatic basic functions for increased workflow efficiency.
Triple‑feed system (bottom feed, needle feed, alternating foot top feed) ensures smooth, precise material transport across a wide range of fabric thicknesses and structures.
Automatic basic functions—thread trimmer, sewing foot lift, and backtacking—streamline operation and reduce manual intervention.
Options for short-thread trimming: Includes choices between a 5 mm short trimmer (“KFA”) or a standard 15 mm thread trimmer to minimise thread waste.
1- and 2-needle configurations available, tailored to varied sewing demands.
Long-arm variants available, offering extended clearance for large-area or hard-to-reach sewing tasks.
Ergonomic control panel with favourite-key keypad for intuitive operation.
Stitch length up to 12 mm, ideal for both standard seams and decorative topstitching.
Hook options: Horizontal (L/XL) and vertical (XL/XXL) hooks for faster bobbin changes or higher thread capacity.
Integrated features: LED sewing light (dimmable) and oil maintenance indicator enhance usability and upkeep.
