All new ZSK industrial embroidery machines come with a 2-year full manufacturers warranty.
At Stocks, we pride ourselves on offering comprehensive installation, training, and after-sales support with every new embroidery machine purchase.
We provide free delivery, installation, and training across the UK mainland. Each customer is assigned a dedicated engineer, typically the one located closest to their area — from our bases in Leeds, Newport, or Nottingham. This engineer personally prepares, delivers, installs, and trains you on your new machine, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience.
Installation includes full machine setup on the ground floor, with the engineer ensuring everything is running perfectly before training begins.
Training is thorough and hands-on, covering:
Our goal is to ensure every customer finishes training feeling confident, capable, and ready to run their embroidery machine independently.
After installation, Stocks provides ongoing support for the lifetime of your machine, including:
We always aim to schedule your dedicated engineer for any service or support visits to maintain continuity. However, in the event of an urgent issue or breakdown, we will dispatch the next available technician to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Our team of four fully trained embroidery engineers ensures fast, expert support no matter where you are in the UK.
Most ZSK embroidery machines, can fit through a standard UK single doorway (approximately 80 cm wide) once removed from their crate and carefully manoeuvred into position.
Optional items such as support tables may need to be removed before-hand.
However, specialist and wide area ZSK machines are significantly wider and may include additional attachments, meaning they will not fit through a standard doorway without partial disassembly or specialist access. In these cases, it’s recommended to measure all entry points in advance and discuss access with us before delivery.
We will confirm access requirements prior to installation and can provide guidance on door clearance, floor layout, and handling options to ensure a smooth and safe setup.
Selected Single-head ZSK Sprint models may be able to go upstairs depending on the stair dimensions, width, and turning space at the top and bottom of the staircase. They will also fit in most standard lifts; however, it’s important to check the lift’s weight capacity before transporting any embroidery machinery.
Multi-head ZSK Racer machines are not recommended for upstairs installations without careful and thorough planning. In rare cases, specialist lifting equipment such as cranes or HIABs can be used to lift the machine onto upper floors if appropriate access and permissions are arranged — though this is not standard practice.
Please note: Stocks engineers only install machines on ground floors, unless a specialist installation has been discussed and pre-approved in advance.
The Sprint 8 is an upgraded model featuring enhanced frame drive technology, improved thread tension control, and faster production speeds compared to the Sprint Classic. It also supports more accessories and the ZSK slim tubular arm.
Yes. ZSK machines are capable of embroidering small text as fine as 2–3 mm with exceptional clarity, thanks to their high-precision needle positioning and consistent tension control.
Yes. ZSK embroidery machines are powerful enough to embroider on leather, vinyl, canvas, and other thick materials, making them suitable for automotive, upholstery, and luxury fashion applications. These applications usually require slight modifications to the machines, such as heavier springs and thicker needles, so it's worth thinking about whether you fit into this industry bracket before purchasing your machine. Later modifications are possible should you change your mind.
The Sprint series is designed for single-head production, sampling, and smaller embroidery workshops, while the Racer series caters to multi-head, high-volume industrial environments. Both share the same German-engineered precision and durability, but differ in size, configuration, and output capacity.
