Each customer is assigned a dedicated engineer, typically the one located closest to their area — from our bases in Leeds, Newport, or Nottingham. This engineer personally prepares, delivers, installs, and trains you on your new machine, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience.
Installation includes full machine setup on the ground floor, with the engineer ensuring everything is running perfectly before training begins.
Training is thorough and hands-on, covering:
- How to operate the machine confidently
- How to correctly hoop and position garments
- Basic maintenance and daily care
- Any additional requirements specific to your business or production setup
Our goal is to ensure every customer finishes training feeling confident, capable, and ready to run their embroidery machine independently.
After installation, Stocks provides ongoing support for the lifetime of your machine, including:
- Remote assistance via phone, video, or WhatsApp
- Step-by-step troubleshooting and guidance
- Onsite visits when needed — if an issue cannot be resolved remotely
We always aim to schedule your dedicated engineer for any service or support visits to maintain continuity. However, in the event of an urgent issue or breakdown, we will dispatch the next available technician to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
